Vending Route Driver/Merchandiser

Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Full time schedule Monday - Friday hours may vary. More details upon interview.
Pay: $54,400 to start - Experienced driver higher potential
Location: Commerce City, CO
We are currently looking for a route driver to join our fast-paced team. While the entire Dove team is always supporting you, most of your time will be working independently. We take great pride in our customer service, therefore we will train you to be a vending professional.
Responsibilities:

Load pre-picked route material and unload delivery vehicle at the beginning/end of shift
Visit customers on an established route and perform restocking, product rotation, and merchandising
Service all scheduled customers within a single shift
Ensure machines and equipment are clean, filled, and operating on each visit
Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting on site
Collect money from machines and refill bill and coin mechanisms
Take inventory as needed and record counts using an i Pad app
Update pricing in machines as needed
Safe operation of your company vehicle in compliance with company policies/procedures and DOT regulations
Positively and professionally represent the company when visiting each customer location
Not required to generate additional sales or customers
Additional responsibilities as necessary

Qualifications

24 years or older
Driver’s license and a clean driving record (CDL license not required)
Able to pass a background check (criminal)
High school diploma or equivalent
Prefer 2 years of experience in a driving/delivery role

Requirements

Ability to lift/carry items weighing up to 45lbs repeatedly
Fluent in English
Regular and reliable attendance required
Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours a day
Ability to reach, squat, bend, twist, push, and pull
A teamwork mindset
Strong attention to detail
High sense of urgency
Ability to interact with customers in a professional manner
