Vending Operations Support Technician

Overview
We are seeking a vending service technician and warehouse support professional to join our team. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth functioning of our company by maintaining customer equipment, performing repairs, and supporting overall operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and the ability to troubleshoot various systems effectively.
Work hours may vary and will have some set times and some flexibility.
Responsibilities

The vending tech will provide superior customer service as you troubleshoot breakroom & refreshment vending equipment
Working at our customer's facility, our service technicians are responsible for preventive maintenance, service and installation to ensure customer satisfaction
Installation and set up of equipment at the warehouse as required.
You will maintain the proper parts and supplies in the warehouse and your service vehicle in order to have what’s necessary on hand
Assistance in picking up orders & assisting in supporting the warehouse and company as necessary
Consistently present a professional image, both in personal appearance and condition of company equipment
Other assigned duties as necessary

Skills

Mechanical and electronic aptitude
Strong troubleshooting and organizational skills
Strong accuracy and detail oriented with all reporting
Customer relations, interpersonal relationships, team relations and be service oriented
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Must be self-starter, work with minimal supervision and be able to accomplish tasks in a timely manner.
Willingness to learn about new and emerging equipment & technologies

Your expertise will play a crucial role in supporting our daily operations and ensuring our customer satisifaction.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 25 per week
