Vapor Maven Store Associate
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and customer service, with the ability to work in a dynamic retail environment.
Duties:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide information about products and promotions
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Stock shelves and monitor inventory levels
- Upsell products to increase sales revenue
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner
Skills:
- Experience in retail sales, preferably in a grocery store or electronics sales setting
- Proficiency in basic math for handling transactions
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
- Ability to operate a cash register and handle financial transactions
- Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and maintain store appearance
