Validations Project Manager
Responsible for the project management of validation site initiatives that support site business strategies. The Project Manager collaborates with the manufacturing site leaders in partnering with the relevant business areas to coordinate execution of strategic projects effectively. This individual combines the expertise of project management, resource acquisition, maintaining and tracking project budgets, and site compliance and integration.
Experience:
- Manage all aspects of projects: planning, implementation, monitoring, completion, and follow-up.
- Manage competing timelines and prioritize critical tasks.
- Establish and achieve project standards for work quality and quantity.
- Assess project issues and develop solutions to meet scientific, productivity, quality and client satisfaction goals and objectives.
- Assist in technical, financial, and organizational issues by researching issues, providing recommendations, and maintaining document archives.
- BS or advanced degree in Engineering field
- Strong proficiency in Project Management, with more than 5 years’ experience of guiding projects.
- Skills handling multiple responsibilities, priorities, tasks, and projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills (written, oral, presentation), negotiation, influencing and relationship skills along with high personal integrity, credibility, and energy at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work toward enterprise goals, using influence rather than control, and fostering a work environment based on trust, sharing and collaboration.
- Experience in regulated environments.
Experience:
- Project management: 5 years (Preferred)
- Validation: 4 years (Preferred)
- Manufacturing: 4 years (Preferred)
- English (Preferred)
- Spanish (Preferred)
