Job Description: Sky Run is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Vacation Rental Property Inspector and Maintenance Assistant. In this Role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our vacation rental properties are well-maintained and in optimal condition for our guests. Your primary duties will include conducting house inspection, reporting any issues or damages found, performing light maintenance tasks, and assisting with the cleaning and preparation of rental properties between guest stays. This is avail position that contributes to the overall guest experience and satisfaction. Job Responsibilities
House Inspections: Conduct thorough inspections of vacation rental properties before and after guest stays. Inspect all areas of the property, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, and outdoor spaces, to identify any damages, maintenance needs, or cleanliness issues.
Issue Reporting: Document and report any issues, damages, or maintenance requirements identified during inspections promptly. Maintain accurate records of inspections and communicate findings to the property management team.
Light Maintenance: Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks as needed, such as changing light bulbs, fixing loose fixtures, troubleshooting minor electrical or plumbing issues, and addressing general wear and tear.
Property Preparation: Assist in the cleaning and preparation of vacation rental properties between guest stays. This may include tasks such as shoveling, stripping beds, washing linens, cleaning bathrooms and kitchen, vacuuming, mopping floors, and ensuring the property is tidy and presentable.
Compliance and Safety: Ensure that vacation rental properties meet all safety and compliance standards. Report any safety hazards or non-compliance issues to the property management team for immediate action.
Inventory Management: Maintain an inventory of cleaning supplies, tools, and equipment needed for property inspections and maintenance tasks. Report any shortages or replenishment needs to the appropriate personnel.
Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to guests by promptly addressing any concerns or issues reported during their stay. Collaborate with the property management team to resolve problems and ensure guest satisfaction.
