Vacation Rental Onboarding Specialist
Coldwell Banker Island Vacations is looking for a new team member to assist with onboarding new rental properties. Help us grow our company by welcoming new properties and owners onboard! An ideal candidate would be:
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
Benefits:
- Must be on-time and have reliable transportation.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and in writing.
- Face to face contact with both homeowners & guests.
- Attention to detail is imperative
- On-Boarding of homes added to the Kauai CBIV rental inventory.
- Setting up homes in CBIV inventory management system.
- Taking physical inventory of interior furnishings and OS&E.
- Setting up and overseeing photography of CBIV rental homes.
- Scheduling photos and staging home to maximize layout potential
- Working closely with CBIV Sales Managers
- Other administrative tasks as needed
- Willingness and ability to drive across Kauai
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
