Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Tumble Coach to join our team of teaching faculty at Dance Ascension. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various dance styles and possess the ability to educate and inspire students of all ages. This role involves following set lesson plans provided by Dance Ascension, fostering a positive learning environment, and encouraging students to express themselves through dance and tumble. Experience in early childhood education or special education is a plus, as we aim to cater to diverse learning needs.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $22.56 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 5 – 20 per week

Responsibilities
- Follow comprehensive tumble curricula tailored to different age groups and skill levels.
- Teach various levels of tumbling to various age groups
- Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages creativity and self-expression.
- Provide constructive feedback to students to help them improve their skills.
- Participate in recitals, performances, and other events to showcase student progress.
- Collaborate with parents and guardians regarding student development and progress.
- Maintain a safe and clean studio space for all participants.
- Utilize photography skills to capture class moments for promotional materials or social media.
- Proficiency in tumbling with the ability to teach effectively.
- Strong communication skills to engage with students, parents, and staff.
- Experience working with children in educational settings, such as preschool or special education environments.
- Knowledge of curriculum of tumble education that accommodates various learning styles.
- Ability to provide tutoring or additional support for students needing extra help in their dance journey.
- Creative mindset with an eye for photography to document classes and performances effectively.
