FLSA Status: Non-Exempt, Hourly. "Home every night". Overtime is available and expected.
Schedule: 5 days on/2 days off. Mon-Fri.
Quarterly BONUSES
Annual compensation potential is up to $100,000 per year.

Certifications/Licenses: Class B CDL with tanker, hazmat, and airbrake endorsements required. Class A CDL preferred.
Job Summary Providing chemical treatments to oil wells according to customer specifications and company processes. Maintenance and safe operations of vehicles used to deliver chemicals to customers and warehouse.
Essential Duties – other duties as assigned
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections of company vehicle and equipment
- Properly load trucks
- Deliver chemicals and treat wells in a timely manner, as scheduled
- Treat wells to prevent corrosion, scale build up, etc.
- Accurately complete bills of lading (BOL’s) and other reports according to company policy
- Maintain accurate inventory reports according to company policy
- Timely completion of treatment reports (electronic format)
- Maintain driver’s logs, according to DOT regulations
- Follow all SOP’s (standard operating procedures)
- Work well independently and as a team
- Provide excellent customer service
Qualifications
Education/Experience: High school graduate or GED. 1-3 years in oil and gas industry preferred.
Certifications/Licenses: Class B CDL with tanker, hazmat, and airbrake endorsements required. Class A CDL preferred.
Driving Requirements: Follow all FMCSA and DOT regulations.
Remote Status: Onsite, must live locally after hire.
Physical Requirements – Lift and carry up to 100 pounds, tip and move 55-gallon drums, weighing up to 600 pounds with the use of equipment. Must be able to reach, push, pull, and grasp with arms and hands. Will require daily climbing, standing, crouching and/or kneeling, sitting, walking, driving and transitioning in/out of vehicles. Must be able to talk, hear and feel attributes of objects or temperatures by touching with the skin. Required to have the visual acuity to safely and legally operate motor vehicles and/or heavy equipment.
Work Environment – Indoors and outdoors, with exposure to environmental conditions such as extreme weather, precipitation and wind. Includes potential exposure to harmful chemicals, dust, odors, fumes, oil and gases. Employee will be subject to road conditions found throughout the basin(s). Noise level is typically moderate, occasionally loud.
Language Skills – Ability to read, interpret and understand documents such as safety rules, safety data sheets (SDS’s), operating instructions and procedure manual. English language fluency in reading, writing and speaking. Bi-lingual is beneficial.
Computer Skills – Efficiently navigate a web browser, mobile applications, electronic timesheets and programs such as One Note for recording daily deliveries.
