Job Description:
As a Local Travel OB Clinic RN in Williston, you will provide exceptional care to expectant mothers and their families in a busy, well-established OB clinic. You will work closely with OB/GYN providers and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care and support throughout the pregnancy journey.
Perform patient assessments, including vital signs, physical exams, and patient histories.
Assist with prenatal exams and monitoring for healthy pregnancies, including fetal heart rate assessments.
Provide patient education on pregnancy, labor, delivery, and post-natal care.
Administer medications and IV therapy, including venipuncture.
Monitor and document patient progress, including any changes or concerns during pregnancy.
Assist with labor and delivery preparation, patient education, and support.
Ensure a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for patients.
Maintain accurate patient records and comply with HIPAA and other regulatory standards.
Work collaboratively with physicians, midwives, and other healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
Respond to patient calls, concerns, and emergencies with professionalism and compassion.
Ensure that the clinic environment is well-stocked and equipment is in working order.
Education & Certification Requirements:
Valid RN license in the state of North Dakota.
1 year of OB-related nursing experience required.
Venipuncture experience is required.
Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification or by start date.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a busy OB clinic or labor and delivery unit.
Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
Ability to prioritize patient care in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Compensation:
Weekly pay up to $3,000 based on experience.
Housing stipend, travel reimbursement, and additional benefits available.
