Transaction Specialist #2: Dates and Deadlines

Overview
We serve both our internal (our Partners, leadership, affiliated services, each other) and external customers (buyers, sellers, title, mortgage, inspectors, appraisers, surveyors, etc.). We are here so our Partners can be focused on their clients real estate needs. We strive to make this the easiest place to transact real estate and love to make our Partners look good! The role of the Transaction Specialist #2 is designed to support specific real estate tasks which elevate Partner productivity and help maintain compliance. The Transaction Specialist #2 is a member of the Partners team, and they provide uniform services to all Partners assigned to them.

Transaction Specialist Priorities
  • Contract and Transaction File Review
  • Manage Contract Contingencies
  • Amend/Extend Preparation
  • Communication & Coordination
  • Ensure Transaction on Track and Compliant

Transaction Specialist #2 Job Requirements
  • Tracking & communicating all dates and deadlines to Partners, OB, Title, Lender, & associated contractors
  • Manage email correspondence into the department
  • Prepare and process Amend Extends, Inspection Objection/Resolution, Contracts
  • Order and process all ILC and survey deadlines
  • Request, deliver, and track HOA documents and invoices to all needed
  • Keep lender and title company informed of contract Amend Extends and changes affecting loan and title
  • Prepare and processterminations (Notice to Terminate & Earnest Money Release)
  • Verify all lost contracts are on the Weekly Activity Report
  • Assist with managing and processing leases, including intake, invoices, and management of listings and commissions.
  • Help other positions and offices when needed, including front desk coverage
  • Other duties as assigned

Education and Requirements
  • Minimum of a high school diploma or GED required
  • Prior customer service experience required
  • Prior real estate experience preferred
  • Active Real Estate License preferred
  • Attendance at staff meetings expected
