The role of the Transaction Specialist #2 is designed to support specific real estate tasks which elevate Partner productivity and help maintain compliance. The Transaction Specialist #2 is a member of the Partners team, and they provide uniform services to all Partners assigned to them.

Transaction Specialist #2 Job Requirements
Tracking & communicating all dates and deadlines to Partners, OB, Title, Lender, & associated contractors
Manage email correspondence into the department
Prepare and process Amend Extends, Inspection Objection/Resolution, Contracts
Order and process all ILC and survey deadlines
Request, deliver, and track HOA documents and invoices to all needed
Keep lender and title company informed of contract Amend Extends and changes affecting loan and title
Prepare and processterminations (Notice to Terminate & Earnest Money Release)
Verify all lost contracts are on the Weekly Activity Report
Assist with managing and processing leases, including intake, invoices, and management of listings and commissions.
Help other positions and offices when needed, including front desk coverage
