Sales Trainer

Be Mobile Verizon, a growing company with progressive employee training programs is excited to be hiring Sales Trainers. The Sales Trainer requires a creative, dynamic, and positive approach to front line training. The successful candidate will be responsible for sales floor training, revenue-driving content, onboarding and Sales Process training for over 70 locations.

This is a remote position with travel and in-store time expectations.
Must have access to each market that we operate in without extensive travel expense. Midwest residence preferred.

Preferred Experience and Skills

• 1+ years in Sales Training experience or Sales Leadership position
• Ability to analyze and assess employees
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.
• Highly energetic, emotionally insightful person
• Project Management skills with high attention to detail
• LMS Experience
