Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs for our channel partners . The Trainer will play a crucial role in partner orientation, performance management, and the overall support of the partners.
Responsibilities
Pay: $69,129.00 - $75,715.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement training programs.
- Conduct engaging training sessions for new partners.
- Collaborate with management to assess training needs and measure the effectiveness of training initiatives.
- Utilize tools like Salesforce for tracking training progress and requests.
- Provide feedback and coaching to partners.
- Continuously improve training content.
- Proven Train the trainer experience.
- Familiarity with performance management processes and tools.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage partners effectively.
- Knowledge of Salesforce is preferred.
