TikTok Creator/Influencer Marketing Coordinator

Bucked Up is seeking a creative and results-driven Tik Tok Influencer Marketing Coordinator to manage and grow our presence on Tik Tok. In this role, you will be responsible for collaborating with influencers and creators, driving engagement, and generating sales through Tik Tok Shops. You will help execute our influencer strategy, foster strong relationships with content creators, and optimize campaigns to ensure Bucked Up remains at the forefront of the fitness and supplement industry on Tik Tok.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Influencer Partnerships: Identify, recruit, and manage Tik Tok influencers and creators to promote Bucked Up products, increasing brand visibility and driving traffic to Tik Tok Shops.
  • Campaign Management: Coordinate and execute influencer marketing campaigns, ensuring content aligns with brand messaging and product goals. Track campaign progress and optimize for performance.
  • Content Strategy: Work closely with influencers to develop engaging and authentic content, including product reviews, tutorials, and other engaging content, that resonates with Bucked Up’s target audience.
  • Tik Tok Shop Management: Drive traffic to Tik Tok Shops, monitor sales performance, and work with the e-commerce team to ensure product listings and promotions are up to date.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with influencers, content creators, and their management teams, ensuring successful collaboration and ongoing partnerships.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze key performance metrics (e.g., engagement rates, conversions, follower growth) for Tik Tok campaigns. Report on campaign performance and recommend strategies for improvement.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date on Tik Tok trends, platform updates, and the competitive landscape to keep Bucked Up’s content fresh and relevant.
  • Budget Management: Assist in managing the influencer marketing budget, including negotiating rates and ensuring campaigns stay within allocated resources.


Requirements:
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in social media marketing, influencer marketing, or digital marketing, with a strong focus on Tik Tok.
  • Platform Knowledge: Deep understanding of Tik Tok, including current trends, algorithm updates, and best practices for driving engagement and sales.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with influencers and content creators.
  • Creativity: Strong creative instincts and an eye for engaging, high-quality content that aligns with Bucked Up’s brand.
  • Analytical Skills: Familiarity with social media analytics tools and e-commerce platforms. Experience tracking key metrics and optimizing campaigns based on performance data.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for Fitness and Supplements: Knowledge of the fitness and supplement industry is a plus.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with Tik Tok Shops or similar e-commerce integrations.
  • Previous experience in the fitness, supplement, or health and wellness industries a plus.
  • Background in content creation, either as a creator or managing creator partnerships.
