The Encore is seeking a House Manager for immediate start.
Job Title: Theatre House Manager
Location: The Encore Musical Theatre Company, Dexter, Michigan
Position Type: Part-Time per show/performance schedule

Job Summary: The Theatre House Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the theatre before, during, and after performances. This individual will oversee the ushers and concessions staff, enforce emergency protocols, and contribute to creating an inviting environment for all patrons. The ideal candidate will have a dynamic personality, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for theatre.
Must be:

Outgoing and approachable with a positive attitude.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to high standards of customer service.
Capable of handling high-pressure situations with grace and professionalism.
