At Brainseed Testing, we provide assistance with the administration and proctoring of professional computerized exams on behalf of many popular testing companies, including Pearson VUE, PSI, Prometric, and many more. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform daily Testing Center opening and closing procedures. Perform basic technical support to fix issues related to the technology within the Testing Center.
Provide customer support to front-end users of testing software.
Understand testing requirements for exam sponsor and perform quality and security checks of all exams prior to examination time.
Ensure any special instructions/materials, etc. for exams are followed/available.
Check-in examinees and verify identification. Explain exam process, ask examinees to place all personal belongings in a personal locker. Direct examinees to assigned seat, help examinees begin the exam, monitor examinees, and provide technical assistance during examination time.
Provide exam results reports after each exam and forwarding to exam sponsor, along with any check-out procedures per testing client.
Maintain clean and safe Testing Center environment. This includes daily cleaning of the facility and occasional reorganization.
Maintain Testing Center supplies by coordinating inventory.
Able to pass training and testing (quizzes) necessary to become a test administrator for multiple testing services.

High school diploma. No experience required.
Basic proficiency with the Windows 10 operating system is a requirement. Moderate proficiency, especially related to troubleshooting, is an added plus.
Proficiency in MS Word and Excel is an added plus.
Professional face-to-face customer service skills are a requirement.
