As an auxiliary support associate, you will fulfill orders, coordinate local deliveries to SCAD facilities— including shop SCAD, Art's Café, Ex Libris, and SCAD MOA —and maintain merchandise displays to determine needed inventory. You will be responsible for the organization of inventory, maintenance of cleanly storage spaces, and generation of monthly reports on order fulfillment. You will assist staff with the online order management portal and inventory management and analyses. You will also oversee the management of documents for new and current artists or vendors, submit invoices for artist payments, and manage payment communications. You will assist with merchandising airstream-related events and university activities as needed.
The successful candidate will have excellent organizational, customer-service, and Microsoft Office Suite software skills. The candidate should be a self-starter who is detail and solution oriented with a professional and friendly demeanor. They should also be able to apply selling and order fulfillment management expertise to achieve financial and operational objectives.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience with fulfilling orders, maintaining inventory, customer service, and processing invoices
- Ability to pass the DOT exam
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge or experience with sales, visual display, inventory management, and accounting

Work Hours: The university work week is Sunday through Saturday. Most offices are open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. To accommodate business needs, employees may be assigned to other workdays and/or hours, including weekends and evenings.
