RN/LPN Telephone Triage Nurse - In Office

This telephone triage nurse position is an In-Office position at our Raleigh location. As a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you are a valued resource for our clinical team of providers and support staff. You will provide guidance and leadership to assure our patients receive the best quality care using evidence based guidelines.

Essential Duties for a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Telephone triage advice
- Prescription Refill request
- Web Nurse Messages
- Processing and returning phone calls to patients per provider request
- Collaborate with specialist, hospitals and other external entities to coordinate patient care
- Coordination of specialty programs - Behavioral Health, Asthma, Population Management, and Vaccine Management
- Leadership opportunity as site leads and trainers
- Practice wide committee involvement
