Office Assistant / Telephone Operator
Automotive dealer looking for a full-time Office Assistant/Telephone Operator to assist the Office Manager with, but not limited to, the following duties:
Titling of New &/or Used vehicles
Ordering office supplies
Answer & direct phone calls to correct department
Filing
Other tasks as assigned
Requirements:
Good typing skillset, basic use of Microsoft Excel, Word, computer systems
Detail orientated
Effectively communicate with customers and other departments
Be a highly dependable, team player, with a good work ethic
Prior dealership experience not necessary.
Position is located in Watford City, ND.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
