Support Staff for Tourism Company
**Location:** San Juan, Puerto Rico On the Beach, all types of weather.
**Position Overview:**
This dynamic role combines responsibilities Customer Service Representative and Social Media Contributor. You will lead ensure guest safety, assist with bookings and inquiries, support the tour guides, and lead our social media presence. There is room for advancement in the coming months for promotion to tour guide, if desired
**Customer Service Duties:**
- Act as the primary contact for guests managing bookings and check-ins.
- Assist guests in selecting tours and add-on experiences tailored to their interests.
- Help with equipment distribution and provide local tips.
- Reply to Emails
**Social Media Contribution:**
- Capture photos and videos during tours to showcase guest experiences and marine life.
- Create engaging content for social media that reflects the brand and highlights guest testimonials.
- Collaborate with management on social media strategy and track engagement.
**What We’re Looking For:**
- **Personality & Attitude:** Friendly and personable, with a knack for making guests feel at home.
-**Professionalism:** Dresses and Grooms themselves to the job.
- **Social Media Savvy:** Familiarity with platforms like Instagram and Facebook for content creation.
- **Communication:** Strong verbal skills in English; Spanish is a plus, with a focus on clear safety communication.
- **Commitment to Safety:** Prior experience in snorkeling or water activities is preferred; a commitment to safety protocols is essential.
**Qualifications:**
- Drug Free, 420 is ok.
- CLEAR BILINGUAL ABILITY 100% required.
- Drivers Licensee
- Experience in customer service or tour guiding in tourism or hospitality.
- Basic photography skills and experience with social media content creation.
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $100.00 per day
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
