Project Leadership: You have a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, juggling various tasks while ensuring everything stays on track. Your experience speaks volumes in managing project costs, timelines, safety protocols, and quality standards.

Effective Communication: Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to develop strong relationships with vendors, clients, and team members. You’re comfortable leading diverse teams and can communicate fluently in both English and Spanish.

Technical Proficiency: You’re tech-savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Microsoft Project. Familiarity with construction-specific software like Timberline and Plan Swift is part of your toolkit, making you a valuable asset in any project.

Safety First: Safety is a non-negotiable for you. Your OSHA 10-hour training reflects your commitment to maintaining a safe work environment for everyone involved.
