Probate Attorney - Charleston, SC Area
Real estate law firm in Charleston, South Carolina seeking a Probate attorney to join a well-established team. Candidate should be a member in good standing of the SC Bar, preferably have experience in probate administration.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist clients with Probate administration
- Identify Probate issues in real estate transactions
- Conducting effective legal research, analyzing date and providing legal solutions
- Assist clients with developing Estate Planning documents
- Draft and/or review Estate Planning documents including Wills and Powers of Attorney
- Deliver a professional and engaging experience to clients and address any lingering questions or concerns they may have
- Develop, cultivate and grow business relationships for the firm
- Conduct training for potential clients in relevant areas of probate and estate planning
REQUIREMENTS
- Probate experience preferred
- Estate Planning and Real Estate experience will be considered
- Member of the South Carolina State Bar (in good standing), knowledge of Rules of Civil Procedure
- Excellent and prompt verbal/written communication skills and ability to work well with others
- Self-starter, capable of community involvement, and achieving results
- Strong work ethic demonstrated in academics and work history
