Work Location: In person
- 20 - 25 hours per week - in person
- Compensation based on experience
- Case intake with attorney and clients
- Preparation and e-filing of all legal documents. Must have complete understanding and knowledge of decedent estates, legal probate court forms, etc.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations
- Record and store client information
- Previous experience as a probate paralegal in Connecticut
- Comfortable communicating directly with clients, probate courts, banks and similar institutions, etc
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Must be able to work independently
- References required
