Sugarloaf Call Center Reservations Agent
Overview:
Sugarloaf is seeking personable and friendly people to work as seasonal agents in our reservations call center for this upcoming winter season. A Sugarloaf Call Center Reservations Agent plays a key role in helping guests plan their Sugarloaf vacations. A Reservations Agent is expected to manage a high volume of telephone calls to assist guests in making their lodging reservations; in selecting resort packages and lift ticket options; and must also be able to respond to guest queries regarding a wide variety of additional resort offerings. If you enjoy talking to people and creative problem solving, this is the job for you!
Responsibilities:
- Respond to a high volume of phone calls to assist guests with reservations and inquires
- Be knowledgeable of resort offerings and events to assist guests in their vacation planning
- Be able to develop knowledge of the resort and surrounding area to respond to general guest questions
- Be able to forward guests with complaints/concerns to supervisor for resolution
- Have the willingness to be trained on reservation software
- Knowledge of industry and area preferred but not required.
- Prior customer service/sales preferred but not required.
- Willingness to learn is a must
- Must be able to multi task, be well organized, and be detail oriented
- Must be available weekends/nights/holidays
- Must be at least 18 years of age and have a High School Degree or GED equivalent
