As an Account Service Coordinator, you’ll be an important member of the expanding Go-Forth Pest Control team. You’ll need to be comfortable in handling multiple tasks within a contact center environment on a rotating basis, have excellent communications skills using various interaction channels, assess customer needs and provide solutions which generate new sales.
This position is most often the first point of contact for our customers;

Salary range for this position starts at $18.00 per hour plus lucrative commissions
Job Responsibilities include:
Answering questions from prospects and resolving existing customer inquiries
Generating new leads whenever possible; reaching out to qualify and convert existing leads received from various channels, i.e. our website
Scheduling appointments for services
Maintaining an effective sale close rate as assigned
Updating customer information in our CRM platform

Requirements:Required Qualifications
The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Thrive off of coaching, feedback, practice and teamwork
Experience in a multi-channel contact center environment - multi-
2 to 3 years of direct work experience in a sales or telesales capacity is strongly desired.
Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with staff and clients at all levels.
Demonstrated ability to convert prospects and close deals.
Excellent listening skills—ability to identify needs and potential solutions.
Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.
Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
Prioritization and multitasking skills essential
High level of integrity and work ethic.
Experience with customer relationship management, email and other applications
