Store Manager for St Thomas Island (US Virgin Island)
A retail company are looking for a Commercial Manager to manage the stores they have in St Thomas, this person will be responsible for maximizing the company's profitability through increased sales by implementing effective commercial and operational strategies for the stores. They must drive growth by developing strategies to achieve the group’s sales objectives and expand the business, ensuring that the services provided are of high quality and profitability.

Responsibilities
- Directly oversee the management of stores in St. Thomas.
- Evaluate and develop feasibility studies for the opening of new stores and determine openings based on market development possibilities.
- Ensure proper inventory turnover and meet the needs of each store, achieving the desired sales and profitability levels.
- Prepare the annual strategic plan and budget for the stores and ensure its implementation.
- Supervise, monitor, and enforce efficient customer service practices and personal appearance standards for each store.
- Prepare monthly store budgets by salesperson and by group. Seek opportunities within the same stores and other stores.
- Study the competition.
- Minimum of 5 years of management experience (mandatory) in retail companies.
- Personnel management experience (mandatory).
- Higher education in Business Administration, Business, Marketing and Sales, or similar fields.
- Expertise in commercial strategies focused on increasing sales.
- Knowledge in marketing and accounting is desirable.
- Experience in reading corporate financial statements (desirable).
- Knowledge of visual merchandising.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in English (desirable).
- Willingness to relocate to St. Thomas. 100% presencial job
- U.S. visa and work permit required.
