What You’ll Do:
- Lead & Inspire: Motivate and manage a diverse team of sales associates to achieve their best. Foster a positive and energetic store culture that prioritizes teamwork and customer satisfaction.
- Drive Sales & Growth: Develop and implement effective sales strategies that exceed targets. Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
- Customer Experience: Ensure every customer has an outstanding experience from the moment they walk in. Address customer concerns and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Store Operations: Oversee daily store activities, including staffing, scheduling, inventory management, and health and safety compliance. Coordinate promotional setups and ensure the store maintains a clean, organized, and visually appealing environment at all times.
- Training & Development: Provide ongoing training and support to team members, helping them grow their skills and advance their careers within Appliance Canada.
- Proven experience in retail management, ideally within the home appliance or related industry.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of motivating teams to achieve results.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for customer service and a commitment to excellence.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
