Environment- Hannon Home Center has been helping Vermonters find appliances and mattresses to fit their homes for almost 15 years. After going through an ownership change, we are looking to expand our team and service area. We are a tight knit team who value communication and teamwork. We also believe mental health and our employees well being are very important.
Hours- The role being offered is a part-time position with a significant emphasis on availability during Saturdays. This schedule allows for flexibility throughout the week, making it ideal for individuals who are perhaps balancing other commitments such as school, another job, or family responsibilities.
Function-As a store associate, you are the face of the company, interacting directly with customers to ensure their needs are met. Your responsibilities might include helping customers choose the right appliances, explaining features and benefits, processing sales transactions, coordinating delivery schedules, and completing deliveries. Effective communication is crucial, as you’ll need to liaise between customers and delivery team to ensure timely and accurate deliveries. Ensuring customer satisfaction is paramount, which often means going the extra mile to resolve any issues that arise. This role requires a blend of product knowledge, customer service skills, and logistical coordination, making it a dynamic and essential position within our store.
