Position Overview
As a Pediatric Speech Therapy Assistant at our one-of-a-kind sensory integration clinic, you'll have the chance to support children’s development with a touch of tropical flair. From the playful to the profound, each day brings a chance to help children reach their full potential in our relaxed, heart-centered setting.
Key Responsibilities

Assist Lead Therapists: Work hand-in-hand with our expert therapists to create transformative therapy sessions for our little islanders, helping each child feel seen, supported, and encouraged.
Support Therapy Sessions: Set the stage for a fun-filled, growth-centered experience by guiding children through exercises and cheering them on every step of the way.
Document Progress: Capture each child’s progress and celebrate every win as they achieve their goals.
Communicate with Families: Keep parents and caregivers in the loop, sharing updates and providing ideas for at-home activities.
Maintain Our Clinic’s Vibe: Keep therapy rooms bright, clean, and ready for fun, so every child feels welcome.
Be a Team Player: Work with our tight-knit team to make sure every child and family experiences a sense of belonging and support.

Qualifications

A genuine love for working with children, especially those with unique challenges or special needs.
Outgoing, warm, and open communication skills that make kids, families, and team members feel at ease.
A caring, patient, and fun-loving approach, combined with all the necessary credentials as an occupational therapy assistant.
