Job Overview
We are a new, fast growing pest control company and we are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to join our team.We need someone to work 2-3 days a week helping us run our Pest Control Sales social media pages as well as our pest control social media pages.
Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies
Create engaging content tailored to each platform that resonates with target audiences.
Monitor social media channels for trends, audience engagement, and brand mentions.
Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly to improve engagement and reach.
Collaborate with graphic designers to create visually appealing graphics using tools such as Adobe Illustrator.
Conduct proofreading of all content to ensure accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media, web technologies, and digital marketing strategies.
Assist in video editing projects to create compelling video content for social media distribution.

Skills

Proven experience in social media management with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns.
Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Illustrator and video editing software.
Strong understanding of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track performance metrics.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with advertising strategies on various social media platforms is highly desirable.
A creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas for content creation.
