About the Role: Nature's Sunshine is seeking a creative and highly driven Social Media Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong aesthetic eye, an ability to craft engaging content, and a knack for fostering community through organic social media strategies. As our Social Media Coordinator, you'll be responsible for creating visually appealing, on-brand content that resonates with our audience while managing influencer relationships, scheduling content across all platforms, and keeping a pulse on social media trends. We're looking for a self-starter who proactively brings new ideas to the table to help Nature's Sunshine stand out on social media.
Responsibilities:

Content Creation (40%): Develop high-quality, visually compelling content (reels, infographics, short-form videos, etc.) aligned with Nature's Sunshine brand standards to drive engagement and brand awareness. This requires bringing fresh content ideas to the team on a weekly basis and executing them independently in most cases.
Influencer Management (15%): Cultivate relationships with micro and nano influencers to drive organic brand advocacy, monitor influencer activity, and evaluate partnership effectiveness. This includes mailing several PR packages every week.
Social Strategy Development (10%): Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and refine social media strategies that support brand goals and drive engagement, follower growth, and awareness.
Trend Monitoring (10%): Stay up-to-date with social media trends, platform updates, and emerging content formats to ensure Nature's Sunshine's presence remains relevant and engaging across platforms.
Content Scheduling (10%): Plan, schedule, and manage content across various social media platforms to ensure a consistent and strategic posting cadence.
Reporting (5%): Track and report on key social media metrics, analyze performance data, and provide insights to optimize content and strategy.
Copywriting (5%): Write engaging, on-brand, often educational captions and short-form copy that resonates with our target audience and captures Nature's Sunshine's voice.
Event Support (5%): Attend events as needed on behalf of Nature's Sunshine. Provide on-site social media coverage, capturing real-time content and showcasing event highlights.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in social media management and content creation with an eye for aesthetics.
Self-starter with a proactive mindset who can independently generate creative ideas for content and strategy.
Knowledge of social media trends, emerging platforms, and evolving best practices.
Proficiency in social media platforms, content scheduling tools, and basic design software (e.g., Agoura Pulse, Canva, Rival IQ, etc.).
Strong writing and communication skills.
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and balance multiple priorities.
Experience working with influencers, particularly micro and nano influencers, is a plus.
A passion for health and wellness is a plus as this role requires a good understanding of supplements, their purpose, and how they work.
