Job Title: Social Media & Marketing Coordinator
Full Time Opportunity
Job Summary The Social Media will be responsible for the development, organization and execution of social media content and strategies ; tracking, analyzing and reporting social media metrics. This position is a great opportunity for someone ready and willing to take the challenge and ownership of running the social media for a small growing company.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities are the followings, but not limited to

Social media planning, organization and implementation
Content ideation and creation
Social media tracking, analysis and reporting
Support for promotional events, campaigns, and activities that support new customer acquisition
Suggest initiatives and creative ideas that support brand enhancement and community building
Establish, gather and analyze useful social media metrics
Other duties and tasks as assigned

Skills & Requirements

Associate Degree or Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field
2+ years of experience in social media
Demonstrated skill and ability in the use of social media, including Instagram, Linked In & Facebook
Demonstrated skill and ability in the use of social media marketing tools such as Hootsuite, and in using content creation tools such as Canva and Adobe Suite.
Fully bilingual – Spanish & English – with excellent communication skills – Oral and Written – and confident public speaker
Outstanding writing and storytelling skills with the ability to write effectively for different audiences
Perform creative writing and related activities such as conducting interviews, research, and editing
High autonomy, initiative and entrepreneurial mindset
Responsible, hard-worker and fast learner
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Ability to work effectively with all external audiences
Excellent time management skills, ability to multi-task and efficiently prioritize
