Five Guys is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Manager in Training-Shift leader. As a Shift leader, you'll gain valuable experience in all aspects of restaurant operations and prepare for a leadership role.
What You'll Do:

Oversee daily operations and manage all aspects of your assigned shift.
Ensure adherence to Five Guys standards for food quality, cleanliness, and customer service.
Lead, train, and motivate a team to deliver exceptional service.
Manage tasks and schedules to optimize shift performance.
Monitor inventory, cash procedures, and report accurate data.
Foster a fun and positive work environment that reflects Five Guys culture.

Qualifications:

1-2 years of previous leadership experience in the food service industry.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Serv Safe certification is a plus
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to motivate, train, and empower team members.
Proficient in basic technology systems (Microsoft Office preferred).
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Available for a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Reliable transportation required.
US resident required.
