Job Description: As a Shared Services Operations Specialist, you’ll play an essential role in performing operational tasks to support client requirements and ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met. This position involves executing various check logging and processing duties, managing document workflows, and handling both inbound and outbound calls with insurance carriers. Primary Objectives:
Follow standard procedural guidelines to perform tasks.
Responsibilities include logging and processing checks, managing CLEAR queues, and handling documentation.
Engage with insurance carriers through outbound and inbound calls.
Provide assistance and back-up to support team needs and meet client requirements.
Complete other duties or projects as assigned based on business needs.
