Claims Shared Services Support II
Zurich is currently looking for Claims Shared Services Support II to work out of Schaumburg, IL. In this role you will provide a wide variety of administrative tasks for our market facing and shared services team members across the Claims organization. You will be expected to effectively collaborate with colleagues to efficiently deliver high-quality and timely administrative support for assigned tasks and offer process improvement opportunities.

In this role you will be responsible for:
- Respond to internal customer inquiries quickly, accurately and in a professional manner.
- Complete assigned work within established standards for timeliness and quality
- Offer first level problem resolution to colleagues and escalate inquiries appropriately.
- Research complex claim for subpoena processing, document retrieval.
- Apply knowledge of administrative best practices and workflow procedures to assigned tasks.
- Identify and independently resolve problems by referring to procedural documentation and reference materials.
- Offer process improvements ideas.
- Handle further administrative projects as assigned.
- Research database for policy information; document retrieval.
Basic Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent and 3 or more years of experience in the Clerical or Office area
- Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice including an Associate Degree and 1 or more years of experience in the Clerical or Office area
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong Microsoft Office
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
