Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It:
As our Claims Specialist, you’ll be the superhero of our claims process! Armed with your analytical skills and can-do attitude, you’ll navigate the twists and turns of insurance claims, making the journey smoother for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Detective Work: Dive into the details of complex insurance claims to ensure accuracy —think of yourself as a claims sleuth!
Relationship Builder: Foster strong connections with insurance adjusters and clients, keeping everyone informed and engaged!
Knowledge Guru: Stay updated on local, state, and federal insurance laws, using your expertise to guide clients through the process with confidence!
Present Like a Pro: Create clear and compelling claim review plans that impress all stakeholders involved!
Team Player: Collaborate with Sales Representatives to resolve claims efficiently and ensure customer happiness!

What You Bring to the Party:

Education & Experience: High School Diploma (or GED) required; a Bachelor’s Degree is a cherry on top! 2+ years in the home improvement industry is a big plus!
Insurance Whiz: A solid understanding of insurance policies, coverages, and principles—your insurance knowledge is your superpower!
Tech-Savvy: Proficient in CRM systems and MS Office, with Level 1 Xactimate training completed (bonus points for being a tech wizard!).
Critical Thinker: Sharp analytical skills to evaluate complex claims and make informed decisions—problem-solving is your jam!
Communication Pro: Stellar verbal and written communication skills that make connecting with others a breeze!
Dependable Dynamo: Punctual and reliable, you’re the team member everyone can count on!
