Your Role: Customer Success Supervisor As our Customer Success Supervisor, you’ll lead the charge in delivering outstanding customer experiences across all projects, from retail to insurance. With your expertise, you’ll guide a team of Customer Service Specialists, manage escalated issues, and ensure seamless daily operations. This role is ideal for a leader who is dedicated to customer satisfaction and constantly seeking ways to optimize processes.
What You’ll Do:
Lead & Inspire: Provide coaching and support to Customer Service Specialists, helping them meet performance goals and deliver top-notch service.
Resolve Challenges: Tackle escalated customer issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams to find effective solutions.
Drive Operational Excellence: Utilize our CRM system (Salesforce) to track and manage all customer interactions and projects effectively.
Cultivate Team Development: Conduct performance reviews and offer constructive feedback to empower team members to thrive.
Enhance Service Processes: Analyze current workflows and implement strategies to boost team efficiency and customer satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience Counts: 3+ years in customer service, with at least 1 year in a leadership role within the home improvement or construction sector.
Tech-Savvy Leader: Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Passionate Coach: Strong organizational and communication skills with a dedication to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
