Server/Bartender

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving beverages, and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable experience in our establishment.
Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and delivering drinks promptly.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
Manage inventory by restocking supplies and keeping track of drink orders.
Handle cash register transactions accurately and efficiently.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service during busy periods or special events such as banquets or catering services.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper food handling practices.
Demonstrate time management skills by efficiently multitasking during peak hours while maintaining quality service.

Experience

Previous experience in bartending or a related role is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
Knowledge of brewing techniques and fine dining service is a plus.
Experience with catering events or banquet services is advantageous.
Familiarity with cash register operations and basic math skills for handling transactions.
A background in hospitality is beneficial, showcasing an understanding of guest satisfaction priorities.
