Server/Bartender

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our guests while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality.
Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
Manage cash register operations, including processing payments and handling cash accurately.
Adhere to food safety and handling guidelines to ensure compliance with health regulations.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service and ensure timely delivery of orders.
Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and assist in ordering as needed.
Stay updated on drink trends, menu changes, and promotions to enhance guest experience.

Experience

Previous bartending experience is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate.
Knowledge of food safety practices and food handling regulations is essential.
Strong math skills for accurate cash handling and drink measurements.
Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders during peak hours.
Experience in the food industry or fine dining establishments is a plus.
A friendly demeanor with strong communication skills to foster positive guest interactions.

Pay: $10.00 - $18.03 per hour
