Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing an exceptional dining experience for our guests. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that all guests receive top-notch service. Your ability to engage with customers and create a welcoming atmosphere will be key to your success in this role.
Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests promptly upon arrival.
Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings.
Take accurate orders and relay them to the kitchen staff efficiently.
Serve food and drinks in a timely manner while ensuring presentation standards are met.
Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns promptly.
Process payments accurately and efficiently.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow.
Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.

Skills

Strong knowledge of culinary practices and food safety standards.
Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, particularly in a nightclub or similar setting.
Strong communication skills for effective interaction with both guests and team members.
Experience in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities.
A team-oriented attitude with the ability to work collaboratively within a kitchen environment.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends as needed.
Toast POS experience a plus!
