Server

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the dining experience for our guests, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.
Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests in a friendly manner, providing menus and information about specials.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently using Open Table or other ordering systems.
Provide recommendations on food and drink pairings based on guest preferences.
Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring presentation meets our fine dining standards.
Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
Process payments accurately, handling cash and credit transactions with basic math skills.
Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality of food preparation.
Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations to ensure guest health and safety.

Experience

Previous experience as a Server in a fine dining or nightclub setting is preferred but not required.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
Familiarity with culinary terminology and food handling practices is advantageous.
Basic math skills for accurate order processing and payment handling are essential.
A passion for hospitality and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment is crucial for success in this role.
