Job Description:
Under general supervision, provides administrative support for the Department of Curriculum & Instruction (C&I); monitors fiscal operations and manages C&I budget; manages data and logistics for external visitors to campus; answers the telephone, provides information on C&I, COE and/or University policy and procedures; composes routine correspondence/questionnaires; updates and maintains departmental drives and systems; takes faculty meeting minutes; maintains personnel files; facilitates the development of the schedule; assigns classrooms; supports data management; assists in onboarding new faculty and staff; prepares MOA(summer) and submits UNI Works tasks; and performs other related duties as assigned.
Minimum Eligibility Requirements:
Any combination of related clerical office experience, related undergraduate education, and/or post high school clerical training that is the equivalent to four years of full-time employment and includes the use of word processing.
