Overview
The Program Director plays a pivotal role in shaping and overseeing educational programs within our institution. Pay: $95,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Duties
- Develop and manage academic programs that align with the institution's mission and goals.
- Collaborate with faculty and staff to design curriculum and instructional strategies that promote student success.
- Evaluate program effectiveness through data analysis, feedback, and assessment tools.
- Provide leadership in the recruitment, training, and evaluation of program staff.
- Foster relationships with students, faculty, and external stakeholders to enhance program visibility and support.
- Organize workshops, seminars, and events to promote educational opportunities and resources for students.
- Stay informed about trends in higher education teaching and incorporate best practices into program development.
- A degree from a recognized university; advanced degrees in education or related fields are preferred.
- Proven experience in education administration or program management within a higher education setting.
- Strong ability to educate and mentor students effectively.
- Experience working directly with students to support their academic journey.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Ability to analyze data to inform decision-making processes.
Job Type: Full-time
