RFK Community Alliance has an exciting opportunity for a full-time School Clinician to join our team in Lancaster. A $2500 sign-on bonus is available! Seeking a dynamic clinician as our School Clinician on our Lancaster Campus. We are an experienced collegial group with diverse skills and are looking for an innovative, compassionate behavioral health professional to join the team.

As a member of the RFK Community Alliance Clinician team, you will Provide school-based counseling as outlined in student IEP.Participate in developing and monitoring school counseling goals and objectives.Gather data for clinical psychosocial reports.Engage regularly with families and provide family consultation.Cultivate strong relationships and maintain collaboration with internal and external team members.Assist with crisis intervention. Who You Are You are creative, and energetic and want to make a difference. Do you have a masters degree in social work? You are looking to use your experience and skills in a collaborative group setting.
