Job Type: Contract
Pay: $40.00 - $55.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36 – 44 per week

Job Summary:
The Scheduling System Specialist will be responsible for designing, testing, and implementing models in the selected scheduling environment. The successful candidate will utilize their expertise in scheduling, modeling, and testing to support various project requirements, working closely with our process engineering and quality assurance teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and test models within the existing Scheduling System to meet client-specific needs and optimize operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and document scheduling requirements.
- Identify and troubleshoot scheduling issues, providing strategic insights and adjustments.
- Conduct system analysis and validate models to ensure they align with real-world applications and constraints.
- Train team members and clients on the scheduling softwared functionality and best practices.
- Provide ongoing technical support and system improvements based on client feedback.
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or related field.
- Proven experience with the Virt ECS Scheduling System or any equivalent scheduling software, including modeling and testing capabilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail in model accuracy.
- Familiarity with manufacturing or healthcare operations is preferred.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Experience in continuous improvement, quality control, or related fields is a plus.
