Scanning Technician
Precision Staffing is currently seeking a Scanning Technician for placement at a respected local housing authority. In this role, you will be responsible for converting physical documents into digital formats for retention purposes. The technician ensures that all physical documents are accurately scanned and efficiently uploaded into the storage system.

- Pay: $17 per hour
- Shift: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:40 PM
- Location: Cincinnati, OH 45214
- Benefits: Weekly pay, with options for Medical, Dental, STD, and Life Insurance
- Prepare physical documents for scanning by following established file preparation procedures.
- Scan documents at the production scan station for digital retrieval and retention.
- Perform quality checks on scanned documents to ensure accuracy before indexing.
- Report any scanning issues to the I.T. Document Imaging Administrator for resolution.
- Accurately complete required paperwork according to procedures.
- Maintain a clean, neat, and organized work area at the end of each shift.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills in English.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Basic computer literacy with fundamental keyboarding skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
