Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care in ICU, ER, and emergency situations with empathy and professionalism.
- Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and maintain accurate medical records.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to create and execute patient care plans in acute and specialty units.
- Apply your clinical skills to handle diverse health care situations, particularly in Latch and Step Down units.
- Maintain an active RN license and stay current with best practices in hospital care.
- Active RN license in good standing.
- Minimum 1 year of recent ICCU/CCU nursing experience.
- BLS certification & ACLS certification required; NIHSS certification preferred.
- Strong clinical, assessment, and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to new environments and work independently.
