Headquartered in Cleveland, Ohio, we have 17 plants strategically located across the United States, Mexico, and Canada. We convert aluminum scrap and by-products into reusable aluminum metal for a growing number of applications across various industries. Advanced technologies enable us to process a large variety of scrap and dross and reduce the amount of residual waste from aluminum manufacturing that would otherwise end up as landfill.

Responsibilities:

SCALE OPERATOR

Receiving/Shipping Department

Monday - Friday, 6:00AM to 2:30PM

$22.81/hr.

We are currently offering a Retention/Referral Bonus and Monthly Incentive Bonus:

RETENTION/REFERRAL BONUS:

3 months $250

6 months $500

9 months $750

1 year $1000

MONTHLY INCENTIVE BONUS: earn up to $500.00

Real Alloy, LLC has a career opportunity available for a talented and multi-tasking Scale Operator to become a part of the Real Alloy team in Chicago Heights, IL. As the Scale Operator, you will be responsible for:

Maintaining safe, secure, and enviromentally sound behavior by ensuring all proper work procedures are followed.
Coordinating, weighing and documenting all in-bound and out-bound trucks, ensuring accurate documentation for all shipments
Completing paperwork, monitoring data and compiling reports

Qualifications:

We are looking for a talented, forward-thinking, and skilled Scale Operator to join our Real Alloy team.

If you are a person who has:

A minimum of one year of experience in Receiving/Shipping for a processing facility in some capacity
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, written and verbal communication skills
Self-direction for task completion
Proficient computer/mathematical skills and reading comprehension capabilities
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
