Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective lead generation, cold calling, and outside sales efforts. This role requires a strong understanding of the market and the ability to develop relationships with potential clients. A background in technical sales is a plus, as well as proficiency in Spanish to better serve our diverse clientele. Needs to have precious experience.
Responsibilities
Conduct cold calling to identify and engage potential clients.
Generate leads through various channels, including networking and market research.
Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to closing deals.
Collaborate with the business development team to identify new opportunities.
Provide technical sales support and product knowledge to clients.
Prepare and deliver presentations to showcase products and services.
Track sales activities and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets while adhering to company policies.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales, preferably in outside sales or technical sales roles.
Strong skills in lead generation and business development strategies.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong analytical skills with a keen understanding of market trends.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to achieving goals.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Familiarity with CRM software is preferred.
