Responsibilities
- Demonstrate product knowledge and conduct engaging product demos to highlight features and benefits.
- Utilize effective communication skills to understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Maintain records.
- Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints professionally.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall store performance.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and retail math calculations.
- Familiarity with phone etiquette when assisting customers over the phone is a plus.
- Ability to learn quickly about products and services offered in-store.
- A proactive attitude towards selling and achieving personal and team sales goals.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $200,000.00 per year

- 1099 contract
- Bonus opportunities
- Commission pay
- Monthly bonus
- Quarterly bonus
- Uncapped commission
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
