Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation Mastery: Utilize a variety of methods to prospect for leads, identifying both homebuyers and sellers.
- Client Consultation: Follow up on leads to set appointments, consult, and qualify potential buyers, guiding them through the home purchase process.
- Market Expertise: Assist buyers in understanding market conditions, making competitive offers aligned with their goals, and provide valuable resources during the decision-making process.
- Transaction Management: From submitting offers to negotiating repairs, you'll be hands-on in every step of the home buying journey.
- Collaborative Engagement: Interact seamlessly with the sales leader, transaction coordinator, and other stakeholders in the transaction.
- Drive and Mobility: Must possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and be willing to travel by car.
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are a must.
- Real Estate License: While prior experience is a plus, having a current real estate license in Virginia is essential, with intentions of obtaining licenses in MD and DC (Ask us about our FREE real estate school!).
